Grounds were kept immaculately clean, breakfast was superb and sumptuous. We had a pretty nice bedroom. Attentive and especially helpful staff at the reception desk, gave a few recommendations. The hotel location was exceptionally nice and unbeatable within walking distance of the city Centre. Also, Cleveleys Front Promenade was 3 km away.

Appealing place, it has pleasant staff at the reception desk. Its location is great and perfect, just off the St Geoge church on the hill, a supermarket and coffee shops and bus stops and coffee shops, fairly quiet area. Happy Gathering, where you can eat lunch, is relatively near the hotel.
